Our Story
Gateway School of English is more than just a language school – it's a family passion. Founded in 2002 by the Agius family, we've grown from a small boutique school into one of Malta's most respected English language institutions, while maintaining our personal touch.
What sets us apart is our unique combination: we're the only school in Malta with an on-campus residence just 3 minutes from classrooms. This means no stressful commutes, more time for learning and socializing, and 24/7 support from our dedicated team.
Today, we welcome over 2,000 students annually from 50+ countries, creating a truly international community where lifelong friendships are formed and English becomes the bridge between cultures.
